Finnigan Fitness specialises in bringing fitness into the community.
I cater for all levels of fitness. I offer the option of training in a group environment or on a one to one basis. My objective is to help you achieve your goals whether that is to train for a specific event, weight loss, strength training, improve your posture and flexibility, recondition your body after pregnancy, or simply maintain your fitness levels.
